- Credit card: a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

- Advance payment: in case of reservation with the "Non-refundable" formula, advance payment of the reservation is required.

- Children Policy: Children of all ages are welcome.
Specify in the notes if you are traveling with children and if you need a camping cot or an extra bed.

- Smoking: smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in general inside the building.

- Conditions for animals: it is possible to stay in the company of your dog (only 1 dog per room). Other pets not allowed. Their presence must be communicated and agreed at the time of booking. There is an additional fee for pets.

- Supplementary services: some supplementary services are not included in the total amount of the reservation, are subject to availability and may have an extra cost.
